After three months, residents will be charged with IPL as the applicable terms. That is, 1st floor amounted to Rp 234,000 per month, 2nd floor Rp 212,000 per month, 3rd floor Rp 192,000, 4th floor Rp 173,000 and 5th floor Rp 156,000.
